Robert Jones
Founder and President
Robert Jones is the Founder and President of Torrey Pines Real Estate Investments, where he is responsible for operations and financial management. Mr. Jones has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry organizing and implementing corporate real estate investments that involve: the acquisition and sale of real property, property and asset management, assessment of current leasehold interests, analysis of relocation alternatives, lease negotiations, and 1031 exchange expertise.
Mr. Jones previously served as Senior Vice President at Irving Hughes, the largest tenant representation commercial real estate firm in San Diego. Prior to that, he worked for Cushman Realty Corporation where he also represented the interest of tenants. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nevada at Reno. Mr. Jones is a licensed real estate broker in California.
Robert resides in San Diego with his wife, Lauren, and their son, Carter. When not working, you can find him on the golf course.
Dawn Murphy
Property Manager
Dawn Murphy is a Property Manager at Torrey Pines Real Estate Investments, where she is responsible for administrative, building and tenant management. Dawn has over 30 years of real estate and customer service experience that involved working with at PWC Engineering Group, Wells Fargo Bank, and Pardee Homes.
Dawn is a real estate professional with extensive experience in the residential and commercial real estate sectors in a broad range of asset classes. She’s worked on acquisitions, entitlements, design, development, construction, asset management, and dispositions.
Dawn resides in San Diego with her husband and son.
Todd Schulz
Property Manager
Todd Schulz is a Property Manager with Torrey Pines Real Estate Investments. Todd is responsible for the operations and maintenance pertaining to TPREI’s Arizona properties. Todd has 25+ years of experience in property management, maintenance, and construction.
